1. Overview
At Dramaker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are available for subscriptions and credit purchases.
2. Subscription Refunds
Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly). The following applies:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your initial purchase and have not used any AI generation credits, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Credit Pack Refunds
Credit packs are one-time purchases. The following applies:
- Unused credit packs may be refunded within 48 hours of purchase.
- Once any credits from a pack have been consumed, the pack is non-refundable.
- Credits do not expire as long as your account is active.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at hello@dramaker.ai with your account email and order details.
- Include the reason for your refund request.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Credits have been fully or partially consumed.
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulted in account suspension.
- More than 30 days have passed since the original purchase.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
