• Credits are consumed when you generate content using AI tools
• Different generation types consume different amounts of credits
• Unused credits may expire based on your subscription plan
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date
• Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated through our AI tools is subject to the following:

• AI-generated content may vary in quality and is not guaranteed to meet specific requirements
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before distribution
• We are not liable for any AI output that infringes third-party rights
• Generation times may vary based on complexity and server load

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership of content is determined as follows:

• You retain ownership of prompts and input you provide
• You are granted a license to use AI-generated output for commercial and non-commercial purposes
• The dramaker platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our property

6. User Content

By creating content on our platform:

• You represent that you have the right to use any input materials you provide
• You grant us a limited license to process and store your content for service delivery
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or defamatory
• Create deepfakes or misleading content targeting real individuals without consent
• Generate explicit, violent, or hate-based content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI systems
• Resell or redistribute access to our services without authorization
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

8. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific results, or error-free operation. AI-generated content is provided without any warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dramaker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law
